Customers are responsible for ensuring they purchase the correct windscreen wipers for their vehicle.

Hydro-X provides compatibility information in good faith; however, it remains the customer’s responsibility to verify suitability before installation.

We are not responsible for incorrect orders resulting from inaccurate vehicle information supplied by the customer.

 

 

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Unless otherwise stated, prices include GST where applicable.

Prices may change without notice.

 

 

6. Orders

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel orders;

  • limit purchase quantities;

  • cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred;

  • cancel orders where fraudulent activity is suspected.

If payment has already been processed, any cancelled order will receive a full refund.

 

 

7. Payment

Payments are securely processed using Shopify and its approved payment providers.

Hydro-X does not store your full credit card details.

 

 

8. Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only.

Delivery delays caused by Australia Post, courier companies, weather events or other circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

 

 

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

 

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • a replacement or refund for a major failure;

  • compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage;

  • have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Hydro-X recommends products are installed according to the supplied instructions.

Improper installation, misuse, modification or use outside intended applications may affect product performance and warranty.

Hydro-X accepts no responsibility for damage caused by incorrect installation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct windscreen wiper model is selected for their vehicle and that products are installed in accordance with the supplied instructions. Hydro-X is not liable for damage to vehicles, windscreen wiper arms, windscreens, or other components resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow installation instructions, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Hydrophobic performance may vary depending on:

  • vehicle condition;

  • windscreen cleanliness;

  • environmental conditions;

  • speed;

  • maintenance.

Individual results may vary.

 

 

13. Intellectual Property

  • product descriptions;

  • graphics;

  • videos;

  • branding;

is the property of Hydro-X unless otherwise stated.
